This show made extreme efforts to villanize criminals and force public service messages to to teach you how to avoid becoming a criminal. This was a popular cartoon writing style in the 80's, but by the time Hammerman was ready to air other factors had made the death to all criminals attitude less popular. Hammerman actually doesn't have a bad premise, but the execution of the show was mostly boring and patronizing.
